Morag Fullilove is a senior public affairs and association manager with over twenty five years experience in the public policy advocacy. She is a nationally recognized expert in the development of coalitions, strategic planning, and lobbying. Ms. Fullilove founded her own government affairs firm, The Fullilove Consulting Group, in 1991.The firm's clients include national trade and professional associations, Fortune 500 companies, and national coalitions. Ms. Fullilove has taught extensively for the Public Affairs Council and the American Society of Association Executives and participated in the development of ground breaking studies on public affairs valuation and benchmarking.

Ms. Fullilove was also one of the first government affairs professionals to use computers for the management of lobbying, bill tracking, grassroots and political action programs and has consulted frequently on the application of technology in the field.

Ms. Fullilove is editor of an international newsletter, The Barnert Reports™ Global Edition, which covers insurance developments within global regulatory bodies. She has managed public relations and communications programs for several associations and coalitions and was the chair of the ASAE Government Affairs publications committee.

From 1997 to 2002, Ms. Fullilove served as Executive Vice President of the International Association of Lighting Designers where she was responsible for all aspects of association operations including strategic development, public policy, communications, marketing, finances, meetings and trade show for this international association of architectural professionals. During that time she doubled the membership, corporate support, and budget; developed a network of 25 local affiliates; prepared a global restructuring plan; and established and managed a separate educational foundation.

For ten years, Ms. Fullilove managed the legislative, regulatory, and communications programs for the Alliance of American Insurers, a trade association of 170 property and casualty insurance companies. This nationally recognized program consisted of eight field offices and a network of fifty state lobbyists, as well as internal departments.

Prior to joining the Alliance, Ms. Fullilove managed an award winning government affairs, consumer relations, and constituent liaison programs for the professional society of registered dental hygienists. Her responsibilities also included development of policy for the Board of Directors and support of state chapters and liaison with the American Dental Hygienists Association.
